BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Jürgen Baltes
The German manager has been working as a management consultant and senior advisor for around ten years. Previously, he held several board positions in the financial industry. Among other things, he was a member of the Executive Board of GFKL Financial Services AG (now Lowell), Chairman of the Executive Board of ABIT AG (now Collenda), which was listed on the stock exchange at the time, and held several board positions in an insurance group. Since the mid-1990s, he has held various supervisory board mandates. In March 2021, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG and also became Managing Director of EasyMotionSkin Tec GmbH. Since August 2021, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the stock corporation.
Jürgen Baltes is responsible for the strategic management of the company, as well as the areas of planning, controlling, IT, production and investor relations. His interdisciplinary know-how and experience in responsible management positions make him the ideal partner to organize the company's growth with the necessary competence and care. Among other things, he was responsible for the successful IPO of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG in December 2021.
Christian Jäger
The Austrian entrepreneur has many years of experience in the areas of sales and marketing and is particularly familiar with the topic of sales organization. With various companies in his own group, Christian J ger is an excellent networker - also in a global context - and well-versed in questions of targeted partner acquisition and customer approach.
He sees his central task as providing sustained support for the successful course taken and the development of the company in order to optimally exploit the enormous potential of the premium brand. By contributing his network and sales expertise, he will provide the necessary support, above all to enable the company to grow comprehensively and rapidly.
